I bring 20 years of expertise from working at the K-12 and college level. My expertise is in professional development (PD), moderating RJ Circles for adults and students, action research, grants, undergrad/graduate admissions, curricular planning, PBL planning/teaching/consulting, STEAM, GATE identification and teaching, blended and distance learning, fostering Equity/Social Justice/Inclusion dispositions (ESJI), facilitating critical conversations with adults and students, responding to everyday bias, K-12 literacy, mindfulness, team building, debate/socratic seminar, rhetorical devices, and Google Apps for Educators (GAFE). I am trained in Adaptive Schools, Cognitive Coaching, Habits of Mind, RtI, MTSS, SEL, UDL, UbD, TCRWP, Kagan Strategies, Kaplan’s Icons, Trauma Informed Practices, and Restorative Justice.
