Greetings fellow educators, parents, and community members! As you navigate your way through this website, you will find an eclectic range of strategies, resources, and services. I value inclusion, healthy relationships, and creating a sense of belonging in any system. While I am quite resourceful, creative, and industrious, I pride myself in being teachable. I value insight from all stakeholders and collaborating across networks. I LOVE teaching, learning, and leading! Together, we have the power to transform education and accelerate pathways for student achievement.
I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and learning about different cultures. Traveling provides the benefit of developing knowledge and understanding of schools in a global context. Some places that have enlightened my educational journey and diversified my cultural lens are as follows: Kenya and Tanzania – Africa (I attended school in Kenya for two years); Beijing, Tianjin, and Hong Kong – China; Amsterdam – Netherlands; Venice and Bari – Italy; Olympia, Mykonos, and Athens – Greece; Dubrovnik – Croatia; Sarande – Albania; Bora Bora – Tahiti; San Juan – Puerto Rico; Caribbean Islands (Jamaica, Haiti, Aruba, Dominica, Cayman Islands); Cozumel, Cabo, and Puerto Vallarta – Mexico; Virgin Islands (St. John and St. Thomas); Victoria and Vancouver – Canada; and several states (New York, Alaska, Michigan, Louisiana, Oregon, Ohio, Washington, Colorado, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Illinois, Indiana, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Utah, Nevada, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and more to come!).
I look forward to extending my educational journey by working with you and sharing best practices, resources, and strategies for success. Contact me for further consultation and collaboration.
